For teens and adults, we offer our BOLD series. Level I is a 10-hour course that teaches situational awareness and entry-level tactics. Level II is a 15-hour course that builds on Level I and incorporates the use and disarming of weapons and situational awareness exercises in a live environment.

Our BOLD series is ideal for teenagers and adults. No specific fitness level or prior martial arts experience is required.

This program uses fitness to provide our coaches with opportunities to mentor our young athletes. During the workouts, we teach the physical skills to develop strength, agility, and speed while focusing on the character-developing skills of hard work, teamwork, and respect for others.

Bullying Prevention for Ages 6-11

For children ages 6-11, we have developed our Matador training, a judo and wrestling-based curriculum focused on bullying prevention. During this 9-hour course, students learn to use their words to assert themselves and are then taught how to restrain a larger, aggressive child and get a parent, teacher, or other adult involved. This course is an effective confidence-booster for both timid and outgoing children.
