This in-person, 16-hour course is taught in five sessions. Building on the skills learned in Level I, participants increase their proficiency in counterattacking vulnerable areas on an aggressor using upper body strikes, lower body strikes and ground techniques. At Level II, we introduce takedowns and throws and the use of and defense from blunt weapons. We continue training in dynamic environments. Maintaining our emphasis on prevention and the mind being the ultimate weapon, we continue our study of human psychology and physiology and hold a practical application event in a live environment out in town.
