S.T.R.O.N.G. is back with a bang, focusing on ensuring our young athletes get a deep understanding and appreciation for both culture and history. We’ve partnered with some great organizations to really enrich the experience. Workouts are held several times a day throughout the week so our student-athletes can maximize their improvements during the summer break. Membership in the Amateur Athletic Union is required.
